In this session, we will address the CDM, CFPP's role in regulatory compliance through a review of the CMS 2023 combined rule for the PPS [CMS-1765-F] 08.03.22 §483.60. We will recap Phase I, II, & III areas of concern for our Food & Nutrition Services Departments, followed by an in-depth discussino of the changes to the MDS & Survey process that you can expect for 2023.
